These are the working terms for the website pilot offered by Aaqiel Pillay. They're short because the offer is simple. If anything here is unclear, email pillayaaqiel@gmail.com before we start.

The service

A three-page conversion-focused website — pitch, proof, and booking — designed and built by me, with copy written for your offer, delivered as a fast, mobile-first Next.js site ready to deploy.

Price and payment

The pilot is $1,500, fixed. You pay 50% ($750) to start and the remaining 50% ($750) on handover, when the site is live and in your hands. There is no retainer and no ongoing fee.

Timeline

The build runs 14 days from kickoff. The clock assumes I have what I need from you — your offer, your proof, your brand basics, and timely review feedback. If materials or feedback take longer, the launch date shifts by the same amount; the price doesn't.

Revisions

You get a 7-day revision window after handover for changes within the original three-page scope. Requests outside that scope, or after the window closes, are quoted separately as new work.

Communication

I reply within 2 working days throughout the project.

Ownership

Once the final payment clears, the code and the content are yours. You're free to host, change, or extend the site however you like.

After handover

The site is handed over working and tested. After the revision window closes, running it — hosting, domains, later edits — is in your hands unless we agree new work. My responsibility under these terms is capped at the fees you've paid me.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
